was born out of necessity to hold elected representatives responsible for violating their Oath of Office to Defend and Protect The United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

After the "two weeks" to flatten the curve, at the end of March in 2020, Americans across the Country protested the lockdowns. The media and, neighbors on Nextdoor, demonized parents and citizens of The United States, calling those in favor of medical freedom superspreaders. People who were once friends wished death upon their neighbors for not following "health orders."
Communists in charge of the press portrayed those protesting lockdowns as white supremacists and MAGA, even though the lockdowns harmed people of all colors, creeds and political parties. After two months of lockdowns, at the end of May 2020, the Black Lives Matter Protests and riots began. Riots Caused Record-Setting $2 Billion in Damage to public and private property.
Public Health Officials declared that COVID wasn't spreading during protests, only at School, making it self-evident that the public health department was playing politics. As it became evident that politicians were using COVID for political power, Moms across the Country united, and in Palos Verdes and across the South Bay, thousands of parents became great friends in our mission to Save America from a socialist takeover.
In 2021, when the Schools forced masks on our kids' faces for a virus that had a .002% fatality rate for kids, we protested the mask mandates for our children. We went to a School Board Meeting to defend our children, and PVPUSD deleted 17 public comments from the District Media. By deleting public comments, the District broke the Law. They violated the Brown Act. Then, they demonized us and sent out a district wide email falsely claiming, "We were unlawful." So, we hired a lawyer to fight the mask mandates in court. In the process, we went to every school board meeting and discovered a dangerous theme: School Staff and the Administration kept secrets from parents and, even worse, turned kids against the parents.
The lockdown measures caused a weakened immune system, stemming from a loss of purpose in life, social isolation, and related mental health issues, leading to outcomes such as excess mortality, increased suicide rates, and increased non-COVID-related diseases.

For the Greater Good? The Devastating Ripple Effects of the Covid-19 Crisis
A society can respond to a crisis in two ways: mandated behavioral changes or voluntary behavioral changes. California Governor Newsom forced Californian's to stay home, to wear masks, and give up all bodily autonomy. He is a Dictator who censored Doctors, endangered children, and stripped Californian's of their Constitutional and God-Given Rights. Three years later the Supreme Court ruled, Newsom's gag order on Doctors was unconstitutional. Several cases are now pending regarding the unconstitutional acts of closing schools, forcing vaccinations, and mandating masks.
The Moms and Dads from Save PV Schools have stood on the right side of History since day 1. We advocated for informed consent rights for all. We oppose a one-size-fits-all-approach to health which includes the right to choose to mask or not to mask and choose to get vaccinated or not to get vaccinated. For two years we have been in back and forth litigation with The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and The Palos Verdes Unified School District (PVPUSD) over the mask mandates. As of September 2023, Judge Tanaka ruled he could not rule on our case because there is not currently a mask mandate therefore; the case is moot. The mandates are over. And, we won.

The District lost ten Students to private schools on August 11, 2021, because they denied Parent's the right to decide what was best for their children.
In one day, PVPUSD lost potential revenue of $100,000 but they didn't care because they received $15 MILLION from the State to enforce the mask mandates and promote vaccines to children.

On September 22, 2021, eight parents filed the civil rights complaint initiating a cause of action. The Parents claimed PVPUSD violated their children's due process rights under the United States Constitution. For parents, due process protects parents' rights to have input into the educational program and placement of their child, and to have options in cases of disagreement with the recommendations of the school district.

The Court ruled, the parents do not have standing to vicariously assert the constitutional claims of their children. The Court ordered the parents to hire an attorney to represent their children and appoint a "non-conflicted" guardian ad litem for their children. The eight parents dismissed their claims on 11/2/2021 without prejudice so that they could at any point hire an attorney to submit the claims that PVPUSD did in fact violate due process rights of children by making them guilty of carrying a disease without any evidence of infection.

FILED LAWSUITS AGAINST THEIR SCHOOL DISTRICTS ASSERTING CLAIMS OF MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS FOR IMPOSING MASK AND VACCINE MANDATES.
THE INTENT OF THE FIRST FEDERAL LAWSUIT WAS TO GET AT LEAST ONE CASE TO THE COURT OF APPEALS TO CHALLENGE EXISTING FEDERAL LAW THAT DO NOT GIVE PARENTS THE LIBERTY TO REPRESENT THEIR CHILDREN IN FEDERAL COURT.

Unvaccinated Teachers and District Staff are forced to show proof of non-contamination by submitting two COVID-19 tests per week for over a year and a half in order to keep their job.
Unvaccinated children are singled out every time there is a COVID-19 Case. The unvaccinated children were forced to sit alone at lunch when their masks were off for ten days out of an abundance of fear that a virus could fly out of their mouths while they were eating.
Unvaccinated parents were not allowed on campus and were prevented from volunteering and being part of their children's school life.

U.S. government officials went too far in efforts to censor citizens on social media regarding vaccine injuries during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Presidential elections.
Just before the 4th of July in 2023, US Judge Terry Doughty, ruled, "Government agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services and the FBI could not talk to social media companies for "the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech" under the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. He cited “substantial evidence” of a far-reaching censorship campaign. He wrote that the “evidence produced thus far depicts an almost dystopian scenario. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’ ”
